One of the founding members of Dilli Improvisers Orchestra, India’s first improv ensemble, Vaibhav Batra is an educator, composer, and live performer who employs modular synths and field recordings as tools of choice in his sound practice. With a keen ear for experimentation, he is known for eclectic collaborative live sets, including those with a turntablist, a sound coder, and a hip-hop collective.
